Want a Cup of Coffee?
Friday, February 19th, 2010I love automatic coffee makers! I know I may sound old, but I remember when my dad used the old fashioned drip coffee maker. A few times I would prepare the coffee for him and it was so messy fighting with the coffee grounds in this metal box With todays automatic coffee makers the clean-up is such a breeze! You just place these paper filters inside and remove them when you want to clean it.
Could it get an easier? The only drawback is once in a while the paper might fold over when the water is percolating, but I remedied that by placing a couple bobby pins to hold the paper in place! Gaggia coffee makers are the perfect solution for those who cannot start their day without their caffeine. Many consider the strong dark shots of espresso to be the only way to drink coffee, and if you’ve ever visited Italy then you’ll be used to how important coffeeis in day-to-day life. With all the ‘instant’ and ‘to-go’ drinks in our lives, a coffee machine is a sure-fire way to help us slow down.
The Gaggia coffee maker guarantees a fresh cup of coffee every time. They are well known for developing and patenting the first mechine to pressurize water over coffee grounds, which made the first espresso mechineback in Milan, Italy. auto, traditional, professional and capsule machines are provided by Gaggia.
Capsule’ or ‘pod’ machines that use pre-measured pods of ground coffee are ideal for at-home use. There are many gaggia coffee makers with caffitaly capsules to provide variants like Arabica, Robusta, fine espresso and American blends. Baby caffitaly and evaluation caffitaly are units thet come with a customized extraction system for caffitaly capsules alone. I really despise generating a morning cup of coffee, this machine is great as it can be changed into a standard version and does not require the utilization of any capsules.
For years I would crawl out of bed and into the kitchen to start the coffee pot. While I was in the store I wasn’t even thinking about coffee makers, although I had heard there were various programmable ones on the market. As shopping goes, I am a get it and get out shopper. I righteously stuck to my list and rarely gave additional items a second look, until about two weeks ago. I looked at the list my wife had given me. The list was for the usual items: milk, bread, eggs and various other items. This time however at the bottom of the list just under coffee and filters, she had written programmable sunbeam coffee maker.
The store had several types of sunbeam coffee makers. I turned the corner and headed for the next aisle and kept looking even though I was confused. Coffee makers made up the end cap in between the two aisles although only a single model was present with a gigantic sign promoting the sale. I knew this was the one.
It may have been the morning grumbling over coffee, or maybe my wife just can’t resist a good sale. I adore my new sunbeam coffee maker and I am extremely grateful that my wife has taught me that it is incredibly resourceful and productive to take a good look at items in the sales.
